Stay there and enjoy your Abano Terme city trip. Nice touristic places like parco urbano termale were close to the hotel. Even the Marco Polo airport was not so far. Jolly Bar, which can be found only 350 ft away, was a fast option.

Outdoor pool, quality of furnishings, spacious room. They let us use the pool the day afterward and told us we could check out of the room as late as 3 P.M. even though it was written that check out was "by 10 A.M." the receptionist said it "started at 10 A.M."
Not many water massage contraptions, indoor pool not very warm, no sauna near the pool, pool closed at 7 P.M.! (too early)

The dinning altogether. Breakfast too noisy atmosphere and hectic. just like a 2 star hotel. Dinning is hectic and rushed with the service and useless queuing because of limited span of time for dinner fixed between 7.30 and 8.30. Thus creating a stressful ambiance and making it a supermarket experience. Swimming pool too crammed and again because of its circular configuration and bad acoustics too noisy and far from relaxing. Luckily there was a possibility to swim outdoors without suffering from the noise. This only one swimming pool is a great drawback. Another suprise is when you get there, not mentioned when booking-you need to rent a bathrobe( 15 euros) + 20 deposit and also buy a cap. Typically the kind of information that can be provided before arrival.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and we were able to park our car in the hotel garage with no issues. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a large bathroom. The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The location was ideal in the center of the city, with easy access to transportation. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had fantastic options.
Nothing was perfect.

Staying in the heart of this spa town means easy access to the local shops and restaurants. the grand hotel encompasses a classic old-fashioned decor, alongside newly renovated, spacious rooms with clean bathrooms. the exceptional spa facilities and treatments are ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. the friendly and helpful staff make service a definite plus.
The hotel's management did not inform us in advance of the loud and boisterous discos held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, which disrupts a peaceful sleep.

Good thermal spa with enjoyable treatments and high-quality pool. Ideal location for exploring the countryside and other attractions. Delicious and lavish food menu.
Horrible maintenance of rooms - curtains shabby, unclean and tattered, air-conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. No detailed information was given.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the bustling centrum every evening after dinner. The hotel itself was impressive, with spacious and comfortable rooms that had a lovely terrace offering a great view. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, with the housekeeping team going above and beyond to meet my requests. I particularly appreciated their prompt response to my need for a safe in the room. I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience here and would highly recommend it for those looking for a truly comfortable and convenient stay.
This hotel is highly recommended for families, offering a range of amenities and services that cater to their needs.
